About us
Circular is a student-led startup that aims to improve the waste management effort on campus by first targeting the largest component of municipal solid waste of the country: food waste. Inspired by the concept ‘Circular Economy’, Circular aims to achieve source separation and large-scale recycling of food waste on campus, to make the campus more sustainable and circular. Through composting, the collected food waste will be recycled and turned into compost.

To achieve larger scale food waste recycling, Circular welcomes investors who believe in Circular’s goals and missions to invest in this new startup.Circular is also looking for more passion-driven USM students to be a part of the founding team of this newly created, campus-wide project that strives to make positive impacts on campus long-term. Currently, Circular is seeking collaborations to improve the efficiency of the composting process. However, there are other ways to collaborate with Circular in various aspects. Please do not hesitate to reach out to Circular if you would like to join the cause! Discussion shall be arranged to see how fruitful collaborations can be realized.
